How to ask
- Write to hello@blackkeys.ai with the subject “Data deletion request”, from the email address linked to your account if you have one.
- If you contacted an institution through WhatsApp, include the phone number you used.
- Tell us which institution you deal with, if you know it.

What happens next
- We confirm your identity, usually by replying to the address or number on record.
- If an institution gave you access, it controls your data. We pass the request to it and carry out the deletion it approves.
- We delete your data, or make it anonymous, and confirm in writing within 30 days.
What we may have to keep
The law requires us to keep some records, such as invoices and contracts, for ten years. We keep those apart and use them for nothing else. Copies in backups are removed when those backups expire on their normal schedule.
Messages you sent through WhatsApp also exist on your device and with Meta, under WhatsApp’s own terms. Deleting them from WhatsApp is done in the WhatsApp app.
