The website
The site describes Black Keys and our company. Its content is general information. It is not an offer, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice. A commercial commitment exists only once signed in writing.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details to yourself, use multi-factor sign-in where it is offered, and tell us or your institution at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you do.
We may suspend an account that is being misused or that puts other users or the platform at risk, and we tell the institution concerned.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- try to get around access controls, test for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or reach data that is not yours;
- copy the site or the platform in bulk with automated tools;
- upload malicious code or anything unlawful;
- disrupt the service or overload it;
- decompile or reverse engineer the software, except where the law expressly allows it.
To report a security issue, write to security@blackkeys.ai.

Availability
We work to keep the site and the platform available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may pause them for maintenance or change features. Service levels for institutions are set in their agreement.
